Adrian Kirk

Originally from London, Adrian toured the world, before settling in New Zealand, where he now lives with his wife, Andi, and young daughter Emily.
Adrian has performed on the theatre stage and in cabaret, on the street and in the circus ring. For schools and corporations, before royalty and politicians.
Adrian's enviable skills as a juggler and unicyclist, comedian and Master of Ceremonies, are slick and polished; but that is just part of the story. His real strength lies in his ability to captivate any audience.

Outrageous

The Band Formally Known as Shiner
"Beverly Hillbillies" theme night

see below

I received this message from “the band formally known as Shiner”

Word has reached us in the far South that there is a rumour that Shiner will be hosting a theme event based around The Muppets at Waipara this year. Perish the thought !!!!
Nope we all will be offerin' a heapin’  helpin’ of hospitality at our Beverly Hillbillies theme night t’ which folks at yer hootenanny  is all invited to attend. We’d like to make it purty clear that it’s open to all folks s’long as they have some sorta hillbilly clothing n’ remember to bring their own vittles an sippin’ whiskey. We can’t guarantee to have a cement pond but there’ll be plenty of mountain music n’ maybe cousin Earl and Lester will be passing through.

We’d appreciate it if you could find a way to let people know about this maybe on the website or we could do a programme insert, I would left it up to Vic but If brains was lard, that boy wouldn't have enough to grease a skillet.  Any ideas much appreciated

See y’all at Easter
Adrian

For those of you who aren’t familiar with them, every year at the festival these boys, assisted by their partners, host a few pre concert cocktails and always have a theme.
It’s great fun and everyone is welcome to join in. (suitably attired).
