Adrian Hughes, our Youth Band Mentor, brings 18 years of teaching and professional music experience to the programme. Adrian, a guitarist and banjo player, holds a music degree from Middlesex University in London, is the New Zealand representative for the London College of Music, and has performed in everything from jazz ensembles to professional solo tours across the UK. As a guitar and banjo teacher in Christchurch, Adrian loves seeing his students progress in their skills and encouraging his students to find their own musical voice and style.
