Rainbow Rosalind

Rainbow Rosalind the Fairy is an award-winning children's singer/songwriter & TV presenter based in Dunedin, NZ.
As well as touring New Zealand and overseas with kids' music supergroup ‘The Wiggles’, Rainbow Rosalind is a renowned children’s music artist in her own right, creating songs of self-love that children connect with all over the world.
Rainbow Rosalind’s stage show is a lively spectacle of dance, musical instruments, colour and, of course, a sprinkle of magic!
You may also recognise Rainbow Rosalind from her starring role on TVNZ’s hit show ‘Code Fun’, which she co-hosts with her animated robot sidekick ‘Digi the Robot’.
Recent awards include APRA’s Best Children’s Music Video & FKR’s Global Artist of the Decade, as well as an ARIA Album Nomination for the Wiggles’ ‘Wiggle Up, Giddy Up’ country album, to which she contributed.
Rainbow Rosalind is no stranger to the folk festival scene, having grown up in folk festivals since she was a little fairy.
After performing in many folk festivals since, she is so excited to come to the Canterbury Folk Festival for the first time!
As well as her stage shows and workshop, you can also catch Rainbow Rosalind roaming throughout the festival spreading her fairy magic and joy with bubbles, fairy dust, stories, photos & more!
